RBD Marketing Services LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Helio RS suite of applications including Helio RS Merchant, Helio Driver, and Helio RS Hostess Display. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our applications.
When your marketplace administrator creates your account, we store your name, email address, phone number, and role (merchant staff or driver). This information is provided by your administrator, not collected directly from you.
Our apps collect device telemetry to ensure reliable operation, including: battery level and charging status, network connection type (WiFi or cellular), Bluetooth printer connection status, app version, and device keep-awake status. This data is reported to your marketplace administrator's dashboard for operational monitoring only.
The Helio Driver app collects location data to enable delivery tracking, route navigation, and dispatch optimization. Location is collected when the app is in use and, with your permission, in the background during active deliveries. Location data is shared only with the marketplace platform for the purpose of delivery tracking and customer ETAs.
Our apps process order information including customer names, delivery addresses, order items, and payment status. This data belongs to and is controlled by the marketplace operator (our tenant). We process it solely to facilitate order management.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and access controls. Sensitive data such as passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Account data is retained for as long as your marketplace operator maintains an active subscription. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, personal data is removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

If SMS features are enabled by your marketplace operator, you may receive transactional messages (order updates, verification codes) and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional messages. Reply HELP for help.
Our applications are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
